JULIA ANGELARD READY FOR SECOND ROUND OF WKS SUPER MASTER SERIES
- In just a few days, on February 4-8, 2026, the second round of the WSK Super Master Series will take place at the Italian International Circuit Napoli in Sarno.
- Among the competitors registered to compete in Italy is also 13-year-old Julia Angelard, representing the ORLEN Motorsport Academy.
- Just like the previous round at the La Conca track, the visit to Sarno will also be a training session before the start of the competition in the Champions of The Future and Champions of the Future Academy series.
After the first round of this year’s WSK Super Master Series took place two weeks ago at the La Conca circuit in Italy, the competitors will be back in action in just a few days. This time, the International Circuit Napoli in Sarno will host the competition, scheduled for February 4-8, 2026. 323 competitors, including Julia Angelard, are already heading to Italy to once again give their all in the fight against the best riders, eager for success at the start of the 2026 season.
Tune in with the team and the machine and find her place in the grid
The goal for the Sarno round is obvious: to get comfortable with the new Birel ART kart, find the best possible setup, and then find the pace in a very large and strong field of competitors. It’s not an easy task, but a smooth transition into the new frame, finding common ground with teammates, and the first attempts at competing on the track against a strong field of competitors will certainly pay off in the near future. This is especially true given the start of the remaining race series in which the 13-year-old ORLEN Motorsport Academy participant will be competing this year.
Julia Angelard: small steps to the goal
“Five rounds of the winter WSK Super Master Series are the perfect time to calmly settle in with both the new kart and the team – mechanics, engineer, and team members. I’m approaching my first season with Birel ART with a calm head – I know that we’ll reach our goal step by step. The most important thing is progress from session to session, from round to round – even the progress that isn’t visible to the naked eye in the heat results. I hope that the competition in Sarno will be another opportunity to achieve such progress,” admits the Minardi Management powered by Dag Ltd protégé.
