• Support the choice of appropriate Championships and Teams according to the Driver’s project and career goals. Based on the available budget and on the athlete’s technical-sports peculiarities and target, Minardi Management selects the more suitable Championship and team to face all competitions.
• Guidance for sport contracts (Driver, Sponsor, Team). It consists of an assessment, made on experiential basis, of the proposals and contractual terms. Any legal and professional advice must be considered separately, and it is dispensed by professionals having an agreement with Minardi Management.
• Advice for the Driver’s insurance management. Minardi Management cooperates with insurance professionals. The Driver can rely on them except for personal alternatives providing equal insurance coverage.
• Assistance on track. It consists in the direct presence of Minardi Management staff on track to supervise the work of the Team and to support the Driver in his professional growth.
• Consultancy for Tests on Simulator. Minardi Management works with the most developed Simulation Centers in the world, and it can organize sessions to be estimated according to agreed schedules.
• Try to include the driver in Academy that can contribute to the career of the driver.
