🏁 THIS IS RACE DAY.

It starts before the circuit wakes up.
Before the engines. Before the noise. Before anyone is watching.

⏰ The early alarm.
🎒 The journey to the track.
🤝 The first meeting with the team.
🔥 The warm-up.
🏎️ The first session.
📊 Analyse. Adjust. Learn.
💪 Reset. Refocus. Go again.

Lap after lap.
Heat after heat.
Mistakes. Progress. Pressure. Adrenaline.

And somewhere between the helmet going on and the sun going down, a young driver grows — not only as a racer, but as a person.

Because racing isn’t just the few minutes people see on track.

It’s the discipline nobody applauds.
The work nobody posts.
The lessons behind every lap.
The people beside you.
And the determination to wake up tomorrow and do it all again.

From the first alarm to the last thought before sleep…

THIS IS RACE DAY. ❤️🏁

And tomorrow?
We do it all again.

1 — EARLY START ⏰

The alarm rings before the circuit wakes up.

Heavy eyes. A warm bed. But somewhere out there, a kart is waiting — and suddenly, getting up feels a little easier.

Every race day starts with this first small decision: let’s go. 🏁

#DAGManagement #ThisIsRaceDay #karting

2 — ON THE WAY 🎒

Helmet in hand. A whole day of possibilities ahead.

Walking through the paddock, you hear the first engines and see the familiar faces. The nerves arrive. So does the smile.

You’re here. It’s race day. ❤️🏁

#DAGManagement #ThisIsRaceDay #karting

3 — AT THE TRACK 🔧

“Is everything ready?”

A question, a careful check, a conversation beside the kart.

You listen to your mechanic. He listens to you. Together, you get ready for the first session.

Confidence starts here, before the wheels turn. 🏁

#DAGManagement #ThisIsRaceDay #teamwork

4 — PREPARATION 🎯

Stretch. Breathe. Find your focus.

Around you, the paddock is busy. Inside, things slowly become quieter.

One last movement. One deep breath.
Time to put the helmet on. 🏁

Would you make the same call?

Supporting a driver doesn’t always mean agreeing with them.
After several difficult weekends, it can be easy to look outside for the reason: the team, the car, the engineer, the circumstances.
And sometimes, that assessment is right.
But what happens when, after listening to everyone involved and looking at the full picture, management sees something else?
What if the driver also needs to change?
That is where driver management becomes more than simply standing on someone’s side.
Do you protect confidence, reduce the pressure and give the driver the support they need?
Or do you have the difficult conversation — knowing that what needs to be said may not be what they want to hear?
There is no universal answer. Timing matters. The driver matters. The situation matters.

Because support and honesty are not opposites. Sometimes, the most important form of support is knowing when a difficult conversation is necessary.

So, what would you do?

A — Protect the confidence.
B — Have the difficult conversation.

RAISING A DRIVER 🏁

Talent can make a young driver fast.
But talent alone doesn’t build a career.

Behind every young athlete chasing an extraordinary dream, there is still a person growing up — learning how to handle pressure, expectations, mistakes, victories, responsibility and everything that comes with competing at the highest level.

And that is why the environment matters.

Family. Education. Friends. Coaches. Teams. Management.
Every voice around a young driver can contribute to building confidence, maturity and resilience — or can unintentionally add pressure.

At DAG Management, we believe that developing a driver means developing the whole person.

It means knowing when to push and when to protect.
When to speak and when to listen.
When to analyse a race — and when to simply allow a teenager to be a teenager.

Because balance is not the opposite of performance.
It is part of performance.

There is no single personality that creates a champion. No identical path. No perfect age. No universal timeline.

There is the individual.

And our responsibility is to understand that individual, build the right environment around them and make the right decisions at the right moment.

Our latest DAG Management editorial in collaboration with VROOM explores what it really means to raise a young racing driver — beyond the stopwatch.

Because we are not only preparing drivers for the next race.

We are preparing young people for the career — and the life — ahead of them.

Would love to hear your thoughts: what matters most when raising a young driver?

🏁 WEEK 39: NO BORING LAPS ALLOWED! 😂🔥

Five drivers, four tracks and one weekend packed with trophies, comebacks, overtakes and just a little bit of racing drama… because motorsport never does “quiet”! 😅

🏆 Mia dominated the RMC Austria classification in Kecskemét and secured her ticket to the Rotax Grand Final in Portimão. Passport ready—Portugal is calling! 🇵🇹

🥈 Sasha made an impressive IAME Benelux debut: P12 in the Final and P2 Rookie. Apparently, “rookie” does not mean taking it easy! 😎

🚀 Nilas started the Final from P22 and crossed the line P7. Fifteen positions gained—he clearly decided traffic was optional!

💪 Brodi showed fantastic pace, strong overtakes and a brilliant ten-position recovery in the Prefinal.

⚡ Tariq demonstrated that the speed is there. The result may not tell the whole story, but the potential certainly does!

Different tracks. Different challenges. Same passion—and absolutely no shortage of action! ❤️‍🔥

A huge thank you to our drivers, families, teams, mechanics and everyone supporting this journey. Now… helmets on, because the next challenge is already waiting! 🏎️💨

MORE THAN RACING. 🏁

What do you see when you look at a racing driver?
A helmet. A race suit. A fast car. A podium.
But behind those few minutes on track, there is an entire life that most people never see.
There are early mornings in the gym.
Hours in the simulator.
School and education between race weekends.
Flights, airports and thousands of kilometres travelled.
Nutrition. Mental preparation.
Data sessions with engineers.
Sponsor meetings. Media commitments.

And countless hours of preparation for those few moments when the lights finally go out.
Because becoming a racing driver is not only about being fast.
It is about discipline, sacrifice, resilience, education, relationships, preparation and the ability to keep growing — on and off the track.
At DAG Management, we believe in developing the whole driver, not simply managing the next race.
Because the chequered flag is only the part everyone sees.
The journey behind it is where a driver is truly built. ❤️🏁

Another Sunday. Another chapter. Another step forward. ❤️🏁

Today reminded us once again why we believe so strongly in our drivers.

Across Europe, they fought, learned, overtook, struggled, recovered and showed what racing is really about: never giving up.

🏆 Mia delivered a fantastic performance in Kecskemét, taking P1 in RMC Austria and securing her ticket to the ROTAX MAX Grand Finals in Portimão! An incredible achievement and a very special reward for all the work behind the scenes.

🥈 Sasha completed an impressive weekend in Mariembourg with P12 overall after gaining five positions in the Final — and a brilliant P2 in the Rookie classification! Thrown into an extremely competitive field, he showed pace, confidence and determination from the very beginning.

🔥 Nilas produced an outstanding comeback in Spain, charging 15 positions through the Final to finish P7. A race full of determination and proof that we keep fighting until the very last lap.

💪 Brodi showed what he is capable of in Viterbo. With limited preparation, he progressively found his rhythm and delivered strong overtakes, including ten positions gained in his Prefinal. The Final was just out of reach this time, but the pace was absolutely there.

❤️ And Tariq continues his journey. The speed and preparation are there — now the next step is believing completely in himself and in the talent he has. Sometimes the biggest breakthrough starts inside the helmet.

Podiums and trophies make us proud, but they are only one part of the story.

We are equally proud of the courage to keep pushing when a weekend becomes difficult, the ability to learn, the determination to come back stronger and the willingness to keep believing.

To all our drivers: keep working. Keep learning. Keep fighting. We believe in you. ❤️

And to everyone following our journey: support these young drivers, cheer for them, follow their progress and be part of their story. Every message, every comment and every bit of encouragement matters more than you might think.

Together, we keep moving forward. 🏁

What you don’t see in driver management often happens in conversations no one else will ever hear.

A driver is surrounded by voices.

The family has expectations.
The team has its perspective.
The engineer sees performance.
The coach sees development.
Partners have objectives.
And the driver has their own emotions, ambitions, doubts and dreams.

Management means listening to all of them — without ever losing sight of the person at the centre of everything: the driver.

And that becomes even more important when things are difficult.

When results don’t come.
When expectations and reality are different.
When confidence drops.
When an uncomfortable conversation can no longer be avoided.

Those are often the moments when management matters most.

Because trust isn’t something you create when you suddenly need it. It is built long before — through honesty, listening, consistency and being present in both the good moments and the difficult ones.

You may see the manager in the paddock.

What you don’t see is the relationship being built behind it.

Listen. Understand. Guide.

Listen. Understand. Guide.

Different countries. Different cultures. Different languages. Different beliefs.

But when the helmet goes on, we share the same dream. 🌍🏁

At DAG Management, we believe that talent has no nationality, no religion, no skin colour and no borders.

Motorsport has the extraordinary power to bring people together — children and families from every corner of the world, united by passion, ambition, respect and the courage to dream.

On the racetrack, we compete.
Outside the racetrack, we belong to one community.

We want the next generation to grow up in a motorsport where diversity is celebrated, differences are respected, opportunities are open, and every young driver can believe:

“I belong here too.”

Because the future of our sport should not be defined by where you come from.

It should be defined by where your talent, your work and your dreams can take you. ❤️🌍

One world.
One passion.
One motorsport family.

TALENT HAS NO BORDERS.

Follow our journey. Support the next generation. And help us build a motorsport that brings the world closer together.
