MATTIA BUCCI DOUBLES UP: THE PROMISING TALENT FROM PESCARA WILL BE COMPETING IN THE 2026 DRIVINGITALIA AND ACI ESPORT CHAMPIONSHIPS

The young driver enters the world of simracing

The year 2026 promises to be an exciting one for Mattia Bucci in the Italian simracing scene. The young driver from Abruzzo, born in 2007, is ready to take to the track for a high-level double challenge in Assetto Corsa Competizione, establishing himself as one of the most exciting profiles in the new generation of virtual racing drivers. After an intense preparation phase, Bucci will simultaneously compete in two of the most prestigious championships of the Italian esports scene: the DrivingItalia GT3 Sprint Championship and the ACI Esport Sprint Championship.

Mattia has a lineup of back-to-back races on his schedule, which will test his speed, consistency, and capacity to perform under pressure. With his backround preparation, Mattia will make his debut in the DrivingItalia tournament on February 4th at the Paul Ricard circuit. The two championships will take the young driver from Pescara to the world’s most iconic circuits, from Spa-Francorchamps to Watkins Glen, all the way to the final round in Monza on April 21st.
